Welcome to the Beach Villa Motel & Cottages - offering 1, 2,and 3 bedroom units all fully equipped with air conditioning, digital cable TV, complete kitchens and easy parking. All units are supplied with clean towels and trash removal daily.

Take a 3 - 4 minute stroll to 7 miles of white sandy beach, relax next to our crystal clear in-ground pool or walk a few steps to the shops and restaurants of Old Orchard Street (home to the Old Orchard Beach Pier and Amusement Park)!

Our Summer House

 

Summer House : A 3* Bedroom House with a Gourmet kitchen, Livingroom, 2 baths (1 w/Jacuzzi Tub). This house sleeps 8+ comfortably. Complete with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher; Deck w/Gas Grill; Local phone and High speed internet. (*3rd Bedroom is on the first floor and is a private sleeping area with door. It is a room converted to a bedroom so it has no closet but has storage for clothes. It has a double size futon sleeper sofa). Guests, please bring your own sheets and towels for the Summer House. **There is an additional $50/wk cleaning fee for the Summer House.

Please note: The Summer House is not located on the Beach Villa Motel & Cottages campus. It is approximately 1/2 mile to Motel & Beach. Guests of the Summer House recieve 1 parking space at the Beach Villa Campus with full use of the pool and to be within a 1-5 minute walk of most of the area restaurants, stores, the pier and amusement park area.

All units supplied with fresh towels and light housekeeping daily. (Summer House is weekly) 2 night minimum stay (Weekly stays are required during Peak and Off-Peak Seasons for 2 and 3-bedroom cottages, and house. (Add $10.00 to rates for a 1-night stay) Weekly stays in 2 or 3-bedroom cottages and house are "Saturday to Saturday" Midweek special is defined as a "Sunday to Friday" stay (5 nights) Villa Suites and Standard 2-Bedroom units: Check-in 2pm Check-out 11am 2 and 3-Bedroom Cottages, 3-Bedroom Apartment and Summer House: Check-in 3pm Check-out 10am Parking (1) One parking space per Villa Suite and Standard 2-Bedroom unit. (2) Two parking spaces for M-5, 3-Bedroom Apartment, 2 & 3-bedroom cottages . Additional parking spaces are $10/day and subject to limited availability. 30% deposit required for all units. Return guests (weekly stays only) are guaranteed their previous summer's unit and week up until January 15th. Due to high demand, all unreserved units and weeks are made available on January 16th. **Back-up requests (on weeks and units) may be made as early as December 1st and are first come - first served. Cancellation Policy: 30-day cancellation notice required for all 2 & 3-bedroom units. To receive deposit (minus a $100.00 cancellation fee) 7-day cancellation notice for Villa Suites To receive deposit (minus a $25.00 cancellation fee) Failure to comply with cancellation policy will result in no refund on deposit.
